Marcaide

Marcaide is a triple star system in the Marcaide Cluster, consisting of a contact binary pair (Arroyo-Torres) in orbit with a third star (Chiavassa). It is surrounded by a small yellowish nebula called the Marcaide Nebula. The nebula is mostly gas ionised by the solar winds of the stars in the cluster, but some of it is also the ejected gas from powerful solar winds from the Marcaide System.
